Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd (F&N) today announced that its agreement with Coca-Cola Company to bottle and distribute the highly popular soft drink will not be renewed when it expires on January 26 next year. This may have an impact on F&N’s profitability. According to F&N, sales revenue of Coca-Cola products amounted to RM421 million or 35 percent of their soft drink division’s revenue in the financial year 2007/2008. More details will be released when available. Some of Coca-Cola’s more recent ads can be found here. LEAVE A COMMENT
