Update: 2nd List of safe milk products
In view of the current tainted milk scare, Malaysia’s Health Ministry has released a list of milk products deemed safe for local consumption. The list, which will hopefully ease consumer worries, contain milk products which are not sourced from China and are safe from melamine contamination. Among the items in the list are popular products such as Sustagen, Nespray, Milo, Fernleaf, Marigold and Horlicks. The full list can be found at TheStar. 2 more lists will be released in the coming days, one will be for milk products from China which are safe while the other will be the list of products deemed unsafe. Tests are currently on-going and checks on retails outlets have started nationwide to weed out any milk products from China. 1 COMMENTS
